When unresolved trauma and past pain are not addressed properly, life could feel like a rollercoaster ride without an endpoint. I acquired a Master in School and Professional Counseling with 10 plus years of experience under my belt. My background entails working in multiple school districts, treatment facilities for troubled adolescents, and hospital environments. I am very successful working with individuals ranging from children to the aging population in areas including but not limited to anxiety and depression management, post-traumatic stress, self esteem issues, grief and difficulty adjusting to life transitions and more. Other therapeutic approaches in my work with clients are solution-focused, person-centered, and strength-based all while maintaining a trauma informed care perspective.
