I believe providing a safe, non-judgement space with kind, clear communication is foundational to a therapeutic relationship. Since 2009, I have provided individual and group care in a variety of settings to Veterans and people with disabilities (with an emphasis on acquired disabilities). I work with adults and am sex positive, kink and poly friendly.

I specialize in working with people with disabilities including life role adaptation, processing life changes, navigating relationships, improving self-advocacy, & all the complex issues that arise navigating the world with a disability.

Additionally, I am passionate about assisting clients experiencing a variety of mental health symptoms related to adjustment, anxiety, depression, stress, substance use, and trauma.
