Christine Benton BA, MA, LCPC
Christine Benton, MA, LCPC Rock Rose Counseling, PLLC I work with women, teens, and girls who are tired of carrying invisible battles — like depression, anxiety, and the quiet pressure to "hold it all together." If you’re struggling with depression, I don’t just listen — I help you take real steps forward. Together, we’ll break down the heavy thoughts that trap you, rebuild your confidence piece by piece, and help you find your way back to feeling alive — not just surviving. I use powerful approaches like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to calm the emotional storms, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge the lies depression tells you, and Positive Psychology to help you see the strength and hope still living inside you — even if it feels far away right now. It’s not just my job — it’s my privilege to sit with you in the darkest chapters and remind you: you were never meant to fight this alone. It’s okay to feel nervous about starting therapy. I’m human too — someone who knows what it’s like to face hardships — and I believe a little humor can make the hard work of healing a little lighter. You don’t have to explain yourself perfectly. You don’t have to pretend you’re okay. All you have to do is come as you are. Have questions or want to learn more? Feel free to call me at 618-207-1398, email me at RockRoseCounseling@gmail.com, or visit www.Rock-Rose-Counseling.com. I’m located inside Metro East Counseling, LLC.
