Ever felt like you had no one to talk to so you kept everything to yourself? I am here to free you from that feeling and provide a safe space for you to come and talk. My goal is to build rapport and allow you to be yourself through our sessions. I have been in the Social Work field since 2014 and figuring out what career path I wanted to go down was not hard since my passion has always been to help others. Using my different skills, and tools from experiences can help you those tough times. 
My passion to help others has always been very present since I graduated with my BS in 2014. In 2020, I completed my MSW and became a Licensed Social Worker in 2022. Through my entire journey I have worked at group youth homes, community agencies, non-profits, pediatric and psychiatric hospitals. I have provided guidance to many individuals and you or a loved one can be the next one. 
I have experience with depression, anxiety, PTSD, postpartum, trauma, marital problems, and more. Working through certain feelings, diagnoses, and emotions can be extremely hard but having someone who meets you where are and helps you through the process, is who I want to be for you. Learning how to use different tools and therapies can be the answer you need.
